Why I Want to Serve
I’m running for Justice of the Peace, Henderson Township Department 4, because our community deserves a judge committed to public safety, who leads with integrity, applies the law fairly, and treats every person with respect. Growing up in Southern Nevada, serving as a Marine, and dedicating my career to protecting children and families have shaped my commitment to disciplined, impartial justice.
As a prosecutor in the Special Victims Unit, I bring real courtroom experience and steady leadership to the bench. As a former volunteer mentor in the Henderson Veterans Treatment Court, I understand the need for rehabilitation in the criminal justice system and that people deserve a second chance. As a Marine Corps Major and parent raising a family in Henderson, I am committed to serving our community and ensuring justice is firm and fair.

Michael has prosecuted the most serious cases, including murders, sex crimes, and major felony DUIs in Henderson Justice Court. Michael is currently a prosecutor in the Special Victims Unit and specializes in prosecuting sexual assault cold cases. He has handled thousands of cases in justice court and has a strong record of holding offenders accountable.
Military Leadership
As a Marine Corps Major, Michael brings proven discipline, accountability, and leadership developed through years of service to his country. He understands responsibility under pressure and the importance of making fair, decisive choices. Michael led Marines as an infantry platoon commander and company commander.
Henderson Roots
Raised in Southern Nevada and now raising his own family, Michael has deep ties to the community he serves. He understands local values and is personally invested in keeping Henderson safe.
